A CAR SEAT DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO UNDERSERVED FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY.
Seats are distributed through classes held throughout the year. Classes scheduled monthly. Class size is limited. Please register early.
To qualify, you must have Kidcare, Family Care, Access DuPage, WIC or show specific need.

Upcoming Car Seat Classes classes will be held at Pediatric Health Associates at 946 North Neltnor, Suite 120 in West Chicago.
English class is at 12:00 pm; Spanish 1:30 pm. Classes are held on Saturdays.
